Jacob Kamminga received his M.Sc in Embedded Systems from the University of Twente in October, 2015. His field of expertise is embedded systems. During his studies he worked as an Embedded Developer for Smart Grids within the energy group. Jacob received his B.Eng. from the Hanze University, Groningen in 2011. For his Bachelor’s thesis he developed a prototype of a novel Human Metabolic Simulator with IngMar Medical, the world leader in breathing simulation. He is currently researching anti-poaching methods by utilising Wireless Sensor Networks. His primary research interests are embedded signal processing and machine learning in sensor networks.
